Our primary goal is expressed in 2Timothy 2:15 Give diligence to present thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, handling aright the word of truth. (ASV). Our biggest challenge is to realize the knowledge within the Bible and put it to work in our individual lives, meeting everyday needs, and thereby turn it to wisdom in our hearts. The reason is in James 1:23-24 For if any one is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a mirror: for he beholdeth himself, and goeth away, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. (ASV). That means that if the talk doesn't match the walk, it's nothing but air pollution!
